Our Policies & Disclaimer

We are a made from scratch bakery.  All cakes and desserts are baked per order.  Thus, we do not mass bake our products.  Due to the delicate nature of our desserts, we do not accept returns or refund on our products.  We are a small bakery team so please understand that when we can only accept so many cake orders each week and when we accept your order, it is with the intentions of creating a wonderful cake or dessert for your event.

 

Cakes/Pre-ordered Desserts:

  • We require a 50% deposit to secure your cake or dessert order. All Deposits are

  • If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund. If you need it at a later date, you will have to pay for both.

  • If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be provided. 

  • Cancellations must occur in writing 10 or more days of your pick-up date and only 50% of your full payment is refunded. Deposits are non-refundable.  **Wedding and catering orders have a separate cancellation policy that is provided at the time of securing the service.

  • No changes can be made within 5 days or less of your pick-up date.

  • NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT.

  • No refund will be given ever for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.

  • Once you or a designated party has picked up an order and signed for it, it is considered “Accepted”.  Please make sure that everything is correct such as the design, spelling, etc. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored, however we will make every attempt to ensure that we make your cake experience exceptional.

  • Please do not store your food in a vehicle without proper A/C climate controls (50-60°F) .  Cakes and desserts must remain in a cool environment 60-65°F to prevent damage and food spoilage.  Any cakes or desserts not being served the day of pick up from the bakery or any left over cake or desserts should be properly wrapped in storage and refrigerated. 

  • Due to our safety and contamination standards, once a cake leaves the bakery, we cannot accept it back into our kitchen for any modifications.

  • All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves the bakery.  We are no responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.  You will be provided instructions on how to transport, and store your cake upon pick-up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly- such as cracks, smudges, melted icing, etc.

  • If there is a defect in your product please return it promptly, or the portion remaining, within 24 hours of pick up.  If the store is closed, please leave a message or send an e-mail to sweettimezorder@gmail.com.  We check our messages after hours and when the bakery closes.  We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.

 

Sweet Timez Bakery reserves the right to modify its policies at any time.
